Fills booked as full sets
A client who waits five weeks needs a set, not a fill. A ninety-minute slot will not cover it, and you lose an hour.
Fairbooked
A full set takes two and a half hours, and a fill must land in a narrow window. Your calendar needs to know the difference.

A set that long is a big hole. Clients book weeks ahead, so you can lose your best Thursday set at nine a.m.
Your photos bring people in. If the app counts them as its own, you pay a fifth of a CA$130 set to meet a fan.
List the full set, the two-week fill and the three-week fill with their own time and price. Clients pick the match, and the calendar follows.
Ask for a deposit when a client books a full set, with a notice window you choose. It goes straight to your Stripe account.
Put your aftercare line in the service description. Clients see it as they choose, and each booking sends a reminder the day before.

That is CA$73.11 a month, 31.6% less than Fresha.
Rates as of September 2026. Fresha can change its prices. With us means Stripe's published Canadian card rates, paid to Stripe, plus our CA$29 a month. Card reader optional for deposits and no-show fees. For in-person tap checkout, Stripe readers from about CA$79 (Bluetooth) or CA$419 (countertop, S700).
Savings = Fresha's total minus ours = CA$73.11 a month, times 12 = CA$877.32 a year. We assume 85% of card volume is taken in person and the rest online, that 45% of it is Interac debit in person at CA$0.15 a tap, and that the number of payments is card volume divided by your average ticket.
