Our uptime pledge

You are trusting us with your diary, so here is what we commit to. This is a draft, like our terms, and it will be part of them.

  • We publish problems here, in plain words, as soon as we know about them.
  • For every hour our service is down during your opening hours, we credit your account.
  • Double-booking is blocked in the database itself, so a glitch on screen cannot put two clients in one chair.
  • Your data can always be exported, even in the middle of an incident.
  • If we ever have to close, you get 90 days' notice and a full export.

We have not published an uptime percentage because we have not run long enough to promise one honestly. When we have, it will be here, with the history behind it.
