Many short slots, each a risk
Ten and twenty minute services mean fifteen clients a day. Each no-show leaves a gap too small to sell and too long to ignore.
Fairbooked
A bikini wax is twenty minutes and a full leg is forty. Your day is a stack of short slots, so every gap matters.

New paper, a wiped bed and warm wax take five minutes. If the diary forgets that, you start behind with your first client.
A message about a body-area wax should read like any appointment. Nobody wants a long description on a lock screen at work.
Add five minutes after each service for a clean bed. The calendar will not offer the next slot until it ends.
Confirmations and reminders go by email and text. They carry the appointment time and service name, and say nothing more about the treatment.
Set a notice window and a no-show fee. A missed twenty-minute slot is no longer free, and the fee goes to you.

Fresha lists 20% on a new marketplace client's first booking (minimum CA$6): CA$14.00. We take 0%. For an in-person card Fresha lists 2.29% + CA$0.20, Interac included: CA$1.80. A Stripe Interac tap is CA$0.15. The calculator below opens on 80 card visits a month and one person; change any number to match yours.
Put in your own numbers. We work out Fresha's monthly bill from its published prices, and ours as Stripe's card rates plus our flat monthly price, and show every line of both. The figures start on an example waxing specialist.
You would keep
CA$636 a year
That is CA$53.01 a month, 30.2% less than Fresha.
Rates as of September 2026. Fresha can change its prices. With us means Stripe's published Canadian card rates, paid to Stripe, plus our CA$29 a month. Card reader optional for deposits and no-show fees. For in-person tap checkout, Stripe readers from about CA$79 (Bluetooth) or CA$419 (countertop, S700).
Savings = Fresha's total minus ours = CA$53.01 a month, times 12 = CA$636.12 a year. We assume 85% of card volume is taken in person and the rest online, that 45% of it is Interac debit in person at CA$0.15 a tap, and that the number of payments is card volume divided by your average ticket.
