Late arrivals eat the next client
A client who is fifteen minutes late still expects the full facial. With no buffer, one late arrival delays your whole afternoon.
Fairbooked
A facial is more than sixty minutes. There is the chat, the clean-up and the late client. Your diary should show that.

Skin care works as a series, but clients drift. If booking the next one needs a text and a reply, some simply stop.
You do the treatment, the laundry, the ordering and the rebooking. When the diary is a chore too, the work never ends.
Each service has its own length and a buffer to reset the bed and tray. Clients see a slot only when you are ready.
Clients use the same link to pick their next treatment before leaving. Reminders go by email and text, and no commission is taken.

You would keep
CA$825 a year
That is CA$68.75 a month, 31.3% less than Fresha.
Rates as of September 2026. Fresha can change its prices. With us means Stripe's published Canadian card rates, paid to Stripe, plus our CA$29 a month. Card reader optional for deposits and no-show fees. For in-person tap checkout, Stripe readers from about CA$79 (Bluetooth) or CA$419 (countertop, S700).
Savings = Fresha's total minus ours = CA$68.75 a month, times 12 = CA$825.00 a year. We assume 85% of card volume is taken in person and the rest online, that 45% of it is Interac debit in person at CA$0.15 a tap, and that the number of payments is card volume divided by your average ticket.
